PUB Regulation

Based on Public Utilities (Water Supply) Regulations, regulated water service and sanitary works can only be carried out by Public Utilities Board (PUB) Licensed Plumbers.

PUB Submission

Common examples of water service works carried out by the licensed plumbers include installation/replacement of electric storage water heaters. Doing so without a license is illegal and punishable by fines or imprisonment.

Warranty Issues

Most water heater brands require the water heater to be installed by a licensed plumbing company or authorized service personnel to validate the warranty. Otherwise, the warranty may be null and void.

Safety Hazards

Water heaters can cause leaks, explosions, fires, electrocutions, or other hazards if not installed correctly by qualified and experienced professionals.

PUB Submission

Please be informed that PUB submission is compulsory for storage water heater works, which applies to all storage water installation and/or replacement works. This is to ensure that all works are done as per PUB regulation.
As part of the PUB submission process, all necessary valves and pipings will need to be installed as per PUB requirements. This might result in the modification of existing piping and/or additional piping being installed.
PUB submission is also required as per warranty terms and conditions from all manufacturers. Failure to comply will result in the warranty for the heater to be void.

Engaged their service to replace my water heater tank and the experience was amazing from start to finish - personnel arrived on time, explained the poll issue and the possible reasons behind it before starting the removal and installation works. Plumber Kumar was courteous and efficient - he asked for our opinion with regards to the replacement of tank brackets and was very respectful to check with me if it was okay for him to start drilling because he knew that my husband was on an online meeting. He got the job done very quickly and with no fuss at all. Admin who was managing my WhatsApp messages with Everyworks was very prompt at replying and acknowledging the payment that was made. Top notch service, thank you!

Plumber Mahfuz and Kumar So nice and efficient with water heater replacement. Before the work start, they explain. During they explain and after, they cleaned up everything well. They check and recheck to make sure all the electrical wiring and water heater works. I truly appreciate that. So far, my experience with the company had been really satisfying. I would definitely be a customer for their other services as well and will look for them again, upon the time another replacement need to be done. Safe company, recommendable 😊👍

We had a good experience with Everyworks customee service team and it's team of plumbers Mahfuz and Kamur. The team arrived on time and worked professionally to uninstall my old water tank heater and install a new one above false ceiling , along with handling the necessary piping work. Great service from Raj today! He is very neat and tidies up before he leaves. Very responsive CS from the point I reached out to them via WA. Rates are fair. The only set back was their electrician and installing technicians are from different teams so we have to engage them twice. But it's gd to have electrician telling us if its our wiring/connection or heater's a goner. Will definitely recommend them.

Hi, Questionable marketing and sales approach, used PUB requirements and specifications. Very high pressure to close the deal then on paying, immediately they delayed the job. No senior company officer fronted. Kumar finally turned up and did a good job. Kumar did call his brother in to get a clarification. He walked in without a hello, excuse me, I am here to help. Then disappeared. I wonder if Kumar has a plumbing qualification that PUB would recognised to approve the installation?

My wife and I engaged Everyworks to remove our water heater to facilitate HDB repair of spalling of our bathroom ceiling, then reinstall afterwards. The plumber/technician we were assigned was Pandian. He was impeccably punctual and efficient. The job was completed without any hiccups. Making the appointments and follow-up communication with the staff via their WhatsApp channel was easy and response was fast. Price was reasonable. All-in-all, very satisfied with the whole experience and would certainly recommend.

Pandian and Mijan provided excellent service in removing the existing storage heater and installing the new one. The process went smoothly, though it required two rounds of visits due to the constraints of the existing conditions, including the lack of a water drain. I had to liaise with customer support via WhatsApp, which took some time to confirm that they could proceed with the work. Nevertheless, they completed the job properly and in compliance with authorities’ regulations.

Pandian and Mijan did an excellent job replacing an old water heater. The old heater was above a false ceiling with extremely awkward access, but they managed to remove it and install the new one (in a more sensible spot) with zero modification or damage to the false ceiling. All done on schedule, at the quoted price, no hidden extras. They even cleaned up thoroughly when done. I'm genuinely impressed.

Water Storage Heater Replacement Normally we are not fond of providing feedback for just everything, as it became so common nowadays. We only make an exception if there is a real quality in product and/or service. This is definitely true for the replacement of our leaking water storage heater. After getting in touch with several companies and some uncertain quotations we decided to pay a small token for an upfront visit by the technician from Everyworks Group, which would later on do the actual installation. Mijan, their technician, showed competence, detailed knowledge and professionalism, instilling confidence. We went through the details and were very pleased with the explanations given. We got assigned an installation slot very quickly and the installation by Mijan and his colleague went extremely smooth, the result being very good quality work and - importantly - being in compliance with PUB standards. This often ignored, but results in a void warranty by the manufacturer of the water heater. The communication with Everyworks was straightforward, with timely responses and a detailed and clear quotation at a reasonable price. We can without hesitation recommend the Everyworks Group Company, Mijan as their excellent technician and their very responsive and attentive Customer Service.

Needed to replace our Storage Water Heater which is hidden inside ceiling. We found their contact after searching on internet and looking at their website and also checking many customer reviews then we decided to reach out and at first we were skeptical because it was the first time we were engaging their services and we could not find any way to talk to them on phone and all conversation was on whatsapp but after requesting them to speak on phone which we managed to do and understood the details of installation as well as warranty and PUB submission process etc. The Installer person Mr. Pandian and his colleague Mr. Anbu were courteous and did great job and answered all our queries too. I engaged Everyworks to replace my storage water heater at my place. After enquiring at several PUB licensed plumbers, their quotation was the lowest. The service personnel was very prompt in answering my queries via WhatsApp and also explained the processes such as the requirement to submit the pipe drawings to PUB, which is a service that is already included. Mijan and his team came down to carry out the installation and they carried out a very decent work. They took extra care in ensuring that the work is carried out cleanly and kept the noise level very low. Totally professional. Will recommend this vendor to anyone for their plumbing needs.

Highly recommend! Very satisfied right from getting in contact for quotation, consulting on recommendation, to scheduling appointment, to installation. As well as the explanations and installation completed by Technician Casmir. Installation of water heater. He arrived early by 15min. Immediately set to work and gave detailed explanations accordingly throughout the process. My kids also enjoyed seeing him at work and being little assistant for a wee bit. Thank you!

He was friendly and competent. It was nice of him to guide me on the heater usage and cleared the mess after the whole installation process done. Selecting a trusted vendor is never easy. More so whether the workman/technician is qualified to install, it depends on the company that sent him. I chose Everyworks because of the excellent customer service's response to my queries. The meticulous of the staff in providing information of the product and installation of the heater to comply with the authorities' requirements had a great part in my decision to choose them from other vendors. My very BEST experience with a plumbing service! (I was already expecting this because I have used them previously.) Right from the start when I contacted them via WhatsApp, the response was prompt, precise, helpful and courteous. They were very proactive in indicating what documents would be required to submit a PUB application for the installation of the Rheem 23 litres water heater - they even sent reminders until I provided the documents. Then, on the day and time of the appointment, the technician Mijan arrived punctually with and assistant. Mijan worked quietly but very efficiently - protective floor coverings were laid out, the old heater removed very quickly without a mess and the new one installed while I was able to work undisturbed just a few metres away. EXCELLENT and highly professional work by Mijan - when I inspected it later, the new water heater was clean & neat (unlike with other plumbers who leave grubby finger marks all over the area)! Oh, the price ... very good for the quality of the equipment and the level of service - excellent value for money! All in all, I highly recommend Water Heater City (via Everyworks Pte Ltd) for any kind of plumbing work! (Ask Everyworks for any kind of home improvement work!)

Very satisfied with Mijan and team in replacing the faulty storage water heater. Work area is properly covered and then cleaned after the job is completed. As the ceiling is cut, the painting team patches it back after few days and it is also done nicely. Have engaged Everyworks a few times and every job is done satisfactorily. The customer service deserves compliments also as the communication is clear and response is quick through watsapp. Whole process is fuss-free, Highly recommended.

Storage water heater short circuit the whole house twice. Contacted Water Heater City due to their good reviews. Their response is fast and charges are clear and transparent. Kumar took about 2 hours to complete the replacement of the storage water heater. We were focused on the working condition of the heater and overlooked that the heater was slightly mis-aligned. I contacted the customer service and got the next day appointment to rectify the slight misalignment by Kumar. Very satisfied that the problem is solved so quickly. Few days later, I notice there was no warm water flow in my master bedroom toilet basin tap. Contacted customer service and got the revisit the next day. Kumar came and solved it within minutes. Went beyond his responsibility to help me tighten my shower head stand too. I would imagine I would probably be labelled as a troublesome customer by other companies and was pleasantly surprised that I was given queen-like treatment. Impressed with Kumar attitude and professionalism. Such an asset to the company.

needed to replace a leaking water heater storage tank urgently. Vendor was able to quickly scheduled an earliest date/time for installation like on 9 Aug (i contacted them on 7 Aug)! Appreciate that alot! Work was well done. Initially the tank was a little slanted - saw it at the end when the job was completed. Told the installer that it looks slanted and he immediately proceed to adjust it willingly and without hesitation (the re-adjustment requires him to remove the connected piping and screws again, which is alot of work). It was a job well done!

1. Enquiry and request for inspection via WhatsApp was fast. 2. A technician was sent for inspection very promptly. Arrived earlier than expected, explained his diagnosis in detail, very courteous and professional, much appreciated 3. Need to replace water storage heater but was given an appt date longer than desired, no choice… However, quotation and work required were well explained 4. Finally Mr Mijan and crew arrived well within appt time slot, work completed in less than 2 hrs, and cleaned up when it’s done. Was also sent the complete invoice and instructions for warranty in detailed. 5. Overall, this team delivers with professionalism, quality and reasonable price. I would recommend.
