The plumber, Ladi, replaced my damaged water heater professionally and promptly. The charges may be very slightly higher than those single plumber but the impression I got is that the company is structured, professional and backed up by a responsive virtual customer support unit. Thank You!

Unfortunately my 8 year old water heater kaput and tripped the breaker last night. Googled storage water heaters and found out about these guys. So, enquired them on their services and was replied back on the next morning(Sunday). Asked him for a recommendation and was quoted another similar model from Rubine. Arranged for an installation appointment and to my surprise a slot in the afternoon on the same day was given.Installer who is Mr Pandian gave a call and requested if he could come earlier which is better news for me since I need to go out in the evening. He came on the newly arranged time and within an hour everything was done. He even helped to clear up the dust in the toilet caused by the drilling of the wall. Thumbs up to this guy!Overall wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company for your water heater needs! Fast and efficient service!

They were very responsive to my queries via whatsapp and were able to schedule a technician to come the next day for an inspection. After which, we decided to replace the water heater/tank. My old water heater was spoiled so I google the best heater in town. Found this company and decided to give it a try since all the reviews was good. Indeed the reply was responsive and confirmed the new heater the next day. Ladi came on time and help us to remove the old one fixed the new one. Apparently the heater switch also spoiled and he is so kind to help us checked and changed. Hubby went down to buy the new switch and Ladi help us to change. Appreciate all the professional service.

I contacted them on Sunday evening and they responded very quickly with a price (which was fair) and I got an appointment to install my water heater within 2 days. The technician, Pandian they sent, called before arriving at my home and completed the job in an hour. His work was neat and he did everything quietly. Overall, I had a good experience and will use them again when I have a need.
