My old water heater was spoiled so I google the best heater in town. Found this company and decided to give it a try since all the reviews was good. Indeed the reply was responsive and confirmed the new heater the next day. Ladi came on time and help us to remove the old one fixed the new one. Apparently the heater switch also spoiled and he is so kind to help us checked and changed. Hubby went down to buy the new switch and Ladi help us to change. Appreciate all the professional service.

The whole experience from start to finish was very pleasant. I contacted them via WhatsApp and received advice on the type and model of water heater and a quote. The technician, Casmir, was on time (he was actually a little early) and was very courteous and professional. He completed the water heater replacement in about 30 minutes 👍

I contacted them on Sunday evening and they responded very quickly with a price (which was fair) and I got an appointment to install my water heater within 2 days. The technician, Pandian they sent, called before arriving at my home and completed the job in an hour. His work was neat and he did everything quietly. Overall, I had a good experience and will use them again when I have a need.

Technician Casmir did a good job installing 2 instant heaters and removing storage heater. He was polite and professional. He tries his best to cover old drilled holes with the new equipments. In addition, he explains nicely when I had queries on some aspect of the installation.

Kumar did a very good job replacing my faulty JH35 with JHS35 model. He added drip pipe as well which helps to drip the water to the corner of our toilet, which is good. He went beyond expectation! 🙂

I did a water heater replacement, the process was easy and prompt from the initiating of quotation till completion of work. It's really hassle free and I like that. The technician Casmir earlier than scheduled (he did call to ask if it is possible), and I welcomed that. Work was done swiftly and things that the previous plumber didn't do well, he also helped to fix it and explained to us what was done etc. Nice and polite as well, appreciate that much. Thanks!

Technician Casmir arrived premise in a timely manner. He surveyed area prior to removal of faulty water heater and followed by installation of water heater. He explained that he needs to install drainage pipe as requested by PUB. After installation, he gotten me to register warranty online after furnishing me the model's details. He completed the task in 1.5hrs.
